CA Supreme Court Refuses To Expedite Prop 8 Case →

he California Supreme Court has just refused a request by Prop 8 attorneys Ted Olson and David Boies to speed up their hearings on the case and reschedule for this May instead of September. The timeline for the Prop 8 case just got a lot longer.

By waiting until September before the hearings start, it’s likely that we won’t get an answer back from the Supreme court until (at the very least) October, at which time the rest of the trial with the 9th Circuit Court will resume. And who knows how long that will take.
